Two Popular Uncles Drinking ButterBeer

Sandie Gump looked at the enchanted knife in his hands and felt calm.

He walked over to the window and reflected on his chilly surroundings. He had always loved crowded in my mouth with its knowing, knobby kettles. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel calm.

Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Annabelle Blacksmith. Annabelle was a vile giant with wobbly feet and tall legs.

Sandie gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a popular, kind, brandy drinker with hairy feet and red legs. His friends saw him as a vigorous, violet vicar. Once, he had even revived a dying, deaf person.

But not even a popular person who had once revived a dying, deaf person, was prepared for what Annabelle had in store today.

The sun shone like bouncing maggots, making Sandie fuzzy.

As Sandie stepped outside and Annabelle came closer, he could see the chilly smile on her face.

“Look Sandie,” growled Annabelle, with a hilarious glare that reminded Sandie of vile giraffes. “It’s not that I don’t love you, but I want affection. You owe me pound cakes.”

Sandie looked back, even more fuzzy and still fingering the enchanted knife. “Annabelle, what a spiffing dress,” he replied.

They looked at each other with healthy feelings, like two fragile, forgotten frogs bopping at a very popular rave, which had drum and bass music playing in the background and two popular uncles drinking to the beat.

Sandie studied Annabelle’s wobbly feet and tall legs. Eventually, he took a deep breath. “I’m afraid I declared myself bankrupt,” explained Sandie. “You will never get your money.”

“No!” objected Annabelle. “You lie!”

“I do not!” retorted Sandie. “Now get your wobbly feet out of here before I hit you with this enchanted knife.”

Annabelle looked angry, her wallet raw like a handsome, heavy hat.

Sandie could actually hear Annabelle’s wallet shatter into 9812 pieces. Then the vile giant hurried away into the distance.

Not even a glass of brandy would calm Sandie’s nerves tonight.
